Update to show the loadouts of others with forcesearch

Added command to server.lua for ACE permitted players to open anyone's inventory |

Error on loadout was my end, checking for wrong ped to carry the weapon. Should be fixed in latest files. Awaiting confirmation to close this and the issue related. Framework should handle perms well enough, server command added to open any inventory if allowed. |

If someone wants to test this as a verified solution to always show the other player weapons, I will look into adding the code necessary to have the system function properly. |
