Update (Translate) Hungarian locale

Updates (actually translates from english) the hungarian translation file.

I could not figure out how to add this on Crowdin, which is also my preferred tool to use, so i sent a PR.

I don't speak Hungarian but it seems good.

We are using this on our servers since 4+ months i was just too lazy to submit it upstream ( so far ).

I do not say there could not be spelling errors or mistranslations but nobody told me anything so far. I will keep this updated.

Also once crowdin is working i will spell check it there.
