depends on InfinyTech3D/SofaUnity#245

Most of the work is now done inside SofaSphereCollision.cs which is using existing SofaMesh and SofaCollisionModel.
SofaSphereCollisionHand is just responsible of getting the hand sphere positions and pass the updated position to SofaSphereCollision.cs

Existing SofaMesh and SofaSphereCollision component have to be set in SofaSphereCollisionHandEditor as display below.
