This pull request changes the compat entry for the
VectorInterfacepackage from0.5to0.5, 0.6in both the rootProject.tomlandtest/Project.toml. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions.Consolidates #227 (test subdir bump) into this PR so the root and subdir bumps land together.
Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your package tests pass before you merge this pull request.
