…compat) (#226) This pull request changes the compat entry for the `VectorInterface` package from `0.5` to `0.5, 0.6` in both the root `Project.toml` and `test/Project.toml`. This keeps the compat entries for earlier versions. Consolidates #227 (test subdir bump) into this PR so the root and subdir bumps land together. Note: I have not tested your package with this new compat entry.
