## Summary Consolidates the per-scope CompatHelper PRs for ITensorMPS 0.4 into a single PR covering ``test/Project.toml`` and ``examples/Project.toml``. Adds ``0.4`` to the compat range while keeping ``0.3`` reachable for downstream consumers. ITensorMPS is a test- and examples-only dependency in this repo. Also bumps the package version 0.2.2 → 0.2.3 to satisfy ``VersionCheck`` (subdir Project.toml changes are classified as substantive). Rebased onto current ``main``. Closes #29. Older duplicates (#26, #27) already closed. > Note: ``CheckCompatBounds`` blocks on ITensorVisualizationBase 0.1.18 being registered first (it's needed transitively via ITensorMakie → ITensorVisualizationBase).
