A turn-based tactical RPG for Android, set in a hand-painted medieval fantasy realm inspired by the Forgotten Realms. v1.0 ships as a polished single-player game; v2.0 adds a server-authoritative living-world simulation across all players at four powerplay layers (local, regional, world, cosmic).
This repository is the implementation home for the project.

Solo developer paired with AI tooling (Cursor + Claude Code). The PRD roadmap (§21) and risks (§22) reflect that reality. Contractor budget is identified for art, audio, voice acting, and external QA.
