Replaces the outdated list (only ~6 of 20 entries were still reachable) with 10 currently-reachable peers. Combines the survivors of the old list with live peers discovered from public RPC /net_info, all verified by TCP-dialing right now. The known-bad node 1d07c049... (spams oversized p2p messages -> reconnect storms) is excluded. Generated reproducibly with `gl1-peercheck --export`: https://github.com/VanPez/gl1-peercheck
