This changes the demo linked on the homepage to a demo that uses Apollo running locally with no collaboration server. Before the link used the old-style in-memory local editing, this uses the new indexeddb-backed editing. This type of link is nice for the homepage because it doesn't require the users to log in, and anything they try won't affect any other users.
