Summary

Reviewed the current changes in the working directory:

• 3 file deletions (.env.example, two legacy logo PNGs)
• 1 modification to setup.py (categorized dependencies, robust README loading with try/except fallback, added comprehensive classifiers for PyPI metadata and Python/OS support)

Staged, committed on main with conventional commit message, then prepared a dedicated PR branch via cherry-pick for clean history relative to upstream.

No issues found: Changes are safe, improve packaging quality, remove dead assets. No credentials or sensitive data affected.

Diff stats: 60 insertions, 44 deletions across 4 files.

This PR brings the improvements from local commits 04e3ee9 and be00fba (cherry-picked as af74269 etc. on the branch).
