Make AutoResearch strategy replanning event-driven

Summary

• run normal GAN proof iterations from a deterministic deepest-leaf host candidate with no Strategy Prefill
• invoke Strategy Gemma only after 3 stagnant rounds, a falsified branch, CLI force, or trigger file
• require persisted host-validated child IDs before DECOMPOSED can be kept

Test plan

• targeted AutoResearch tests: 46 passed
• deterministic deepest-leaf selection and event trigger regressions
• DECOMPOSED without a persisted child is rejected

The uncommitted candidate.py file is active runtime state and is excluded.
