Animate queue items on upvote

Adds smooth queue item animations when a song is upvoted.

Changes:

• Uses the existing framer-motion dependency to animate queue cards with layout transitions.
• Adds a short highlight/scale effect for the song that was just voted.
• Keeps the existing queue UI and upvote flow intact.

Verification:

• npm run build
• Opened the local Next.js app and confirmed the home page renders.
