Adds a settings button

Needed to adjust the layout a little bit to add the new button.

I prefer keeping the UI as clean as possible. Adding more buttons is not the way to do that. The way I would prefer to address the issue posed is to make the cursor change upon hover over the arrow.

Well, when I first used the software I didn't even see the > it was very obscure, so making the cursor change wouldn't help for readability.

From a user experience standpoint, a much clearer way to see where to open options is needed.

I only discovered the > button because I was looking for topics related to power settings.

Please merge this or look into another approach - I've personally helped a lot of people set this program up that didn't even see the tiny arrow until I told them exactly where to look

I have never seen any other piece of software use the > symbol to indicate a settings menu. And even then, you would expect there to actually be a visible button...
