To mitigate recent supply chain attack risks, I have enabled OIDC publishing (#213) and migrated to uv (with the
exclude-neweroption, #217). Since it has been more than six months since our last release, I would like to release a new version to also confirm that the release workflow is functioning correctly.cc: @ha-mano @nomuramasahir0
