💡 What: Refactored the UsecaseTable and ActorTable to properly associate group toggle buttons with their collapsible sections via aria-controls. Also, wrapped the dataset grouping logic in useMemo.
🎯 Why: React's conditional rendering was previously unmounting the <tbody> elements entirely when collapsed. This removed the element id from the DOM, causing screen readers to fail when navigating to the controlled element from the aria-controls attribute on the button. Moving to .hidden keeps the DOM structure intact. The useMemo avoids recalculating grouped buckets on every open/close interaction.
📸 Before/After: Visual presentation is identical (verified via Playwright video), but screen reader semantics are vastly improved.
♿ Accessibility: Ensure aria-controls resolves to a DOM element at all times, making collapsible tables navigable for users using assistive technologies.
