구현 내용 (What):

• NewsDOM JSON 데이터에서 광고(ads), 머리글(headers), 바닥글(footers), 이미지(images) 등 특정 요소를 사용자가 선택적으로 제거할 수 있는 CLI 도구(tools/filter_dom.py)를 추가했습니다.

해결하는 문제 (Why):

• 파싱된 전체 DOM 데이터 중 불필요한 노드를 스크립트 기반으로 손쉽게 정리하여 다운스트림 시스템에서 더 간소화된 데이터를 처리할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

성능/영향 (Impact):

• 기존 시스템 구조에 부작용을 일으키지 않는 독립적인 도구입니다.

측정/검증 방법 (Measurement):

• 단위 테스트(tests/test_tools_filter_dom.py)를 작성하여 100% 분기 커버리지를 달성하고 uv run pytest로 검증을 완료했습니다.
