- Injected `TenantAccessService` into `AdminController`.
- Enforced `ADMIN_READ` on `GET /api/v1/admin/convert/jobs`.
- Enforced `ADMIN_WRITE` on `DELETE /api/v1/admin/convert/jobs/{jobId}` and `POST /api/v1/admin/convert/jobs/{jobId}/retry`.
- Updated unit tests in `AdminControllerTest` to mock the access service correctly and bypass authorization failures.
- Updated `.jules/sentinel.md` with the critical security learning.
