🎯 Why

기존에는 마우스를 올렸을 때(:hover)의 효과는 있었으나, 실제로 클릭했을 때(:active)의 시각적 피드백이 부족했습니다. 사용자는 버튼이 제대로 눌렸는지 즉시 체감하기 어려웠으며, 이는 인터페이스가 반응하지 않는 것처럼 느껴지게 만들거나 중복 클릭을 유발할 수 있습니다. 즉각적인 tactile 피드백을 제공하여 UX를 개선했습니다.

Both PRs implement the same buyer-visible :active scale feedback for .button and .language-switch button; #142 is the existing maintained integration path and now carries explicit regression coverage binding the reviewed transition and exact scale values, plus the Unreleased changelog entry. This later branch adds no distinct product capability and retains only a transient .Jules note alongside the overlapping CSS. No checks, comments, or approvals from this PR transfer to #142.
