Bumps the direct dependency golang.org/x/sys from 0.45.0 to 0.46.0 in go.mod and refreshes go.sum, dropping older checksum entries for intermediate versions.

No application code changes. The repo’s only direct use remains windows.WSAECONNREFUSED in internal/connect/windows_conn_refused.go; upstream v0.46.0 mainly adds Unix GPIO constants, which this module does not use.
