B3D-Plt is a Python-based application designed to process and analyze Excel files produced by the Fiji B3D-Img plugin. It is one of the two components of the Bioloc3D toolset, an advanced and user-friendly 3D fluorescence imaging analysis solution. This application permits the analysis of Excel files created by the B3D-Img plugin, and produces dabest estimation plots.
- Download the B3D-Plt application from "Releases" section in the repository depending on your system
- For macOS, unzip the file and drag/drop the .app in your system's "Applications" folder
- Open the B3D-Plt application
- Click "Load file" and select the folder where Excel files produced by B3D-Img
- Click "Save file" and select a folder where the results will be saved
- On the drop-down choose the number of variables you have to analyze
- Name each condition
- Choose colors for the graphical representation, using either the seaborn nomenclature or the hexadecimal code. You can leave all the labels empty, and a default color palette will be applied.
- Click "Launch analysis" and wait...
- A pop-up window appears when the analysis is finished
