How to install:

1. Download the html-file to your folder
2. Login to your Account
   dx login
3. Select your project
   dx select "your-project"
4. Upload the html-file
   dx upload --type FileViewer --details='{"patterns":["*.nii.gz","*.nii","*.zip","*.dcm"]}' "papayaCine.html"

How to use:

1. Navigate to “Visualize”
2. Under “Custom Viewers” search for papayaCine.html and click on “Select Files”
3. Go through the directory and select the file you want e.g. under Heart MRI |- Short axis |- 10 Then click on “Launch Viewer”
4. Wait for the upload

Features:

• Bypassed the dicom-series selection to display in 4D
• Inline images are hidden
• Added the feature to synchronize the original image with custom masks
