This pull request updates the documentation configuration to switch from a Jupyter Book/Sphinx-based setup to a new
myst.ymlconfiguration format, reorganizing the table of contents and site options. It also adds a minor anchor reference to the ROIs documentation. The main changes involve how the documentation is structured and rendered.Documentation configuration migration and reorganization:
