Un service d'appel des fournisseurs d'Identité a été créé afin de pouvoir interroger le serveur d'Identité sans passer par le client
Lorsque l'on récupère un utilisateur, si l'utilisateur n'existe pas encore, on le crée
Certaines valeurs par défaut manquantes à la création d'un utilisateur par défaut ont été ajoutées
