ImageCaptioner

This is a Python project that uses a CNN to RNN encoder decoder system to generate captions for an image. It requires installation of the COCO API which can be found at https://github.com/cocodataset/cocoapi. Clone the directory, navigate to the PythonAPI folder, and run 'make install'. This project also requires usage of the MSCOCO dataset, which can be found at http://cocodataset.org/#download. Place thoses files in the data directory for the best experience.
