Adds sdui.json to login, onboarding, dashboard, support, grid, blog, landing, and form-association playbooks. Updates generate-playbooks-manifest.mjs to detect root-level sdui.json and emit rootFiles in the manifest entry. All 8 files validated against playbook-sdui.schema.json.
