feat: Dynamic girder highlighting in cross-section CAD + fix blank view on open
Girder selection in Member Properties → Girder Details now highlights the selected girder in Osdag green across all three CAD views (sub-tab cross-section, Typical Section Details preview, and main window cross-section CAD) in real time.
Fixed blank cross-section CAD view when opening Member Properties — CAD now renders immediately without needing to minimize/resize the window.
Side-view selected segment highlight upgraded to full Osdag green (opacity 120, width-3 border).
