The repository hosts the python functions needed to apply comICA algorithm as described in Cotroneo et al (under review): Extracting reproducible subject-specific MEG evoked responses with independent component analysis. The code was originally developed using python v.3.10.10 , numpy v.1.24.4 and mne-python v.0.23.4.
