FinTube 1.1.0.0 - Custom Filenames

As requested by @mohammadrafigh in #24 I implemented a very basic way to customize the filename. This does not affect the file extension.

Filename priority should now be:

Custom Filename > audio tag (if audio only) > automatic yt-dl(p) name

This release also includes:

• Update to .net8.0
• Updated Jellyfin dependencies

FinTube 1.0

This is the very first Release of FinTube!

General functionality is tested but feel free to submit issues.
Here is a list of things I plan on implementing (eventually):

• Better Target Folder Selection (Would be nice to select a library, then a sub-path
• Custom Filenames, Videos are named after the YouTube Video Name, Music is named after the "title" tag if given (otherwise youtube-id)
• Support for more tags
