ACEfrictioncore imports
ACEbase.FIO, but doesn't use JSON.jl anywhere itself, so the dependency is unneeded, since ACEbase should already be requiring it.By removing it here, we save having to change compatibility entries any time ACEbase.jl changes compatible JSON versions.
