What to build

Implement a selected-row details pane showing richer process metadata and responsive layout behavior for narrow terminals. This should deepen trust in process identification while keeping the primary scan flow compact.

Acceptance criteria

• Selected row shows a rich details view with key process context (PID, command, executable, user, and available metadata).
• Layout gracefully collapses or adapts details on constrained terminal widths.
• Row selection and detail content stay synchronized across refresh cycles.
