ZPROJECT fails to regenerate CZMQ & ZYRE

Problem: since #1345 is merged, I cannot rebuild CZMQ & ZYRE

Both show the following:

gsl/4 M: Please remember to use 'src/selftest-ro/' to store SCM-tracked selftest fixtures, and 'src/selftest-rw/' for files your selftest might create
gsl/4 M: NOT regenerating an existing doc/czmq.adoc boilerplate file; but you probably should not care

(zproject_cmake.gsl 623) Undefined expression: main

My platform is a standard Ubuntu 24.04

When I revert this, the generation is successful, as usual.

@bluca I can send a PR to fix this, as described above, but I don't know how to validate it.
Moreover:

• CZMQ was regenerated with this broken ZPROJECT, breaking its CMakelist.txt.
• ZYRE was not generated at all.
