This project looks nice. Before I try it I have a question.

How advanced is the WebUI? Will I be able to configure new routes and apps from scratch from the UI, or do I have to rely on labels or the config file?

There's a demo site hosting (the one listed on README).

For docker containers, most of the time you don't need any configuration. But if you do you will need to rely on labels.

For other services, you can use either the WebUI or any text editor.
