bash-completion not work by www-data user

Now bash-completion work only for root user. User www-data does not have .bashrc file with

Out of curiosity, which tasks on the command line do you execute as www-data?

e.g. composer install with user rights. Used by local dev on Linux. When host UID = env container www-data UID

I think this is a special use-case.

How do you manage to have the same UID for www-data and your host user?

On local dev pc only one not root user with 1000 UID, this set from .env variable PHP_USER_ID
