Which GDict package should be used in demo_to_gdict.py

While im running the demo_to_gdict.py, it has the import error of 'from gdict import GDict'. Which GDict package should I use.
Meanwhile, what is the package of 'smart_bc'.

There are some missing files and dependencies, I added them and updated README in this PR: #26

Note that the gdict package in PyPI is not related to this codebase at all.
