Community Milestones feature

This feature will add community milestones and the current progress to the app, which will rely on server features that have yet to be implemented.

The server features have actually been implemented and (I believe) are already in production, but the data for them haven—t been created yet (i.e., the API doesn’t yet return anything other than an empty array).
