[Feature Request] Configurable scroll direction

The current scroll direction in the mod feels rather unintuitive, and it's in fact opposite of what Patchouli uses for example. And in general most desktop interfaces "progress forward" when mouse wheel is scrolled down (at least, by default, on Windows and Linux in my experience).

It would be nice to have a client-side config option for this

Bump. Every modern interface and tool uses scroll down to progress and vise versa, the current behavior is unintuitive
