Multi-arch builds gone

It seems that the latest updates to the build pipeline removed or broke the multi-arch builds.
We specifically noticed on webdevops/php:8.4-alpine and webdevops/apache:alpine as there are no linux/arm64 variants anymore.

That's interesting, because we never had arm64 builds 🤷‍♂️

Strange. Last week starting a compose project with webdevops/php:8.4-alpine would work totally fine, now suddenly we get

 ✘ Image webdevops/php:8.4-alpine Error no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries: no match for platform in manifest: not found

Fixed it for now by explicitly specifying platform: linux/amd64.

I did some digging, but dindn't fid the cause for the sudden change so far.
The issue persists on multiple M3 macs across different docker desktop versions.

I still think it's a bit of a coincidence with the changes to the buildpipeline but feel free to close this issue if you think it's unrelated.
