I see that you set the minimum requirement for standard text size to ~10pt.
This is lower than the current de facto standard practice of 12pt, which have been around for quite some time.
I would at the same time point out that since that recommendation arose, the CSS pixel density of screens have significantly increased, so that the physical size of a 12pt letter is noticable smaller now than back then.

I would therefore suggest to reformulate a bit:

• Minimum default size >= 12pt
• Absolute minimum size >= 10pt (can for instance be used on certain elements in footer or shorter texts like image subtexts)
• Recommended default size >= 14pt

You are mixing up Minimum with Body text size

This says the the MINIMUM text should be that size. and that the body text should be larger.

We don't use the word default since it is not defined - and you can't have a requirement that is not clearly defined.

Maybe change default to "text on 50% or more of the page" ?

But for accessibility if the min font size is sufficient to be read -- then requiring something larger seems to be a recommendation not a requirement. Since we already say that the minimum is good enough...
PS that is the minimum when at least 200% magnification is available. Double that if not
