[TASK] Connect PocketBase to the codebase

Description of task

We should add pocketbase to the codebase, so that website implementations can be started.

Suggested Workflow

• Get a pocketbase account setup
• Figure out how to connect pocketbase to the repository
• Check that it actually is connected
• Make a readme file regarding the specifications of pocketbase
