I found the reason but still don't know how to solve it gracefully.

Reason:
In analyzer function, while walk "AssignmentExpression" node, module.exports.foo is a nested "MemberExpression".
Which means node.left.object is also a "MemberExpression" node and node.left.object.name is undefined, while node.left.object.object.name is 'module'. So plugin skip export step.
