RPC call should prevent calling obviously invalid code #106

Description

@ventZl

RPC calls rely on vtables. If compiler flags are not strict enough, it is possible to use vtables which are partially or completely uninitialized. Compiler will zero such uninitialized entries out. This leads to calling NULL pointers and in turn, mysterious HardFaults that are hard to trace.

RPC mechanism should raise an exception if there is an attempt to call obviously incorrect code - code that lies outside of executable MPU region. Attempt to do so would lead to HardFault / MemManageFault even if there was anything mapped there.
