Everything search is an app that lets you quickly search your local files: https://www.voidtools.com/support/everything/
the search syntax is like typing "" to match an exact phrase: https://www.voidtools.com/support/everything/searching/

Thanks for your answer!
I added Soundly a few days ago and it's available as an update on the Microsoft Store. Keeping this issue opened as other apps aren't added yet.
