Unable to receive verification email after successful registration with `.edu.cn` address, and login always says username/password do not match

Hi CellSAM / DeepCell team,

I am experiencing an account access problem with users.deepcell.org.

I registered using an academic email address with the suffix .edu.cn, so it should qualify as an educational/non-commercial domain.

However, after registration:

• the registration page showed that registration was successful
• I never received any verification email in my inbox
• I also checked the spam/junk folder and still found nothing

When I try to log in, the website always says that the username and password do not match.

So at the moment I am stuck in this state:

• registration appears successful
• no verification email is ever received
• login does not work
• therefore I cannot obtain DEEPCELL_ACCESS_TOKEN and cannot download CellSAM pretrained weights

Could you please help check whether:

1. my account is pending approval or verification,
2. the verification email failed to send, or
3. there is some issue with .edu.cn academic domains?

If needed, I can provide my registered email address privately.
