Win+X Power Menu overlapping taskbar

Describe the bug

1. Install EP
2. Enable Windows 10 (ExplorerPatcher) taskbar and restart Explorer

Expected outcome

Power menu aligned to the top of the taskbar when showing after pressing Win+X or (shift+)right clicking on the start menu button.

Actual outcome

Power menu aligned to the bottom of the screen, overlapping the taskbar. The same behavior is present when the taskbar is placed on the top of the screen.

Additional info

The issue is prevalent even with OpenShell and/or Windhawk uninstalled.
Changing scaling makes no difference.

do you have your taskbar set to autohide?

I have not. These are my settings if that'd be of any help.

Try opening up task manager and kill explorer.exe and then run task manager again and run explorer.exe.

Yup, no difference. This is also persistent over reboots.
