Mark as 'seen' never-reviewed characters that were "rescheduled" as review cards

When I generate the report it lists a lot of characters as missing when they are actually there. For example:

HSK Level 1
七九五八六医呢喂岁椅漂猫苹谁
HSK Level 2
丈哥唱姓宜宾已希帮床旁晴穿篮累舞诉跑踢铅颜

Other than the numbers every single character listed with is definitely in a card. I've checked that the sort field is set correctly and ther cards aren't suspended. Is there anything else that would cause a charcter to appear here?

Have those cards also been reviewed at least once? "unseen" cards will also be marked as "missing".

None of those characters show up as missing in my deck (and versions of Anki) so your issue isn't easily reproducible on my end. However if you could export and send me a minimal deck reproducing your problem (I think you can attach it right here in Github) I could try to take a deeper look.

Some of them haven't been reviewed but have been marked as learned using the reschedule function. Would that cause the problem?

Playing around in Anki 2.1 I can confirm that never-reviewed cards that have been manually marked as learned using the reschedule button will still show up in the "missing" category. In practice these should eventually be marked as "seen" once you actually review them.

The current Anki SQL query used by this plugin (which was written by someone else) is:

If someone wants to dive into learning Anki's database structure and revise that SQL query to also grab (in addition to non-suspended reviewed cards) cards that while never been reviewed have been manually marked as learned using the reschedule function then I'd probably be willing to accept that pull request.
