PyYAML installation failure

Describe the bug
Installation of pyhydroquebec fails on PyYAML dependency

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
pip install pyhydroquebec

  Attempting uninstall: PyYAML
    Found existing installation: PyYAML 5.3
ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'PyYAML'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

Expected behavior
Have PyYAML correcting installed

PyHydroQuebec and Python version
Please write here which version of Python and PyHydroQuebec you are using.
Python 3.7.6
git clone. Last version of PyHydroQuebec

This can be bypassed by using the following command:

pip install pyhydroquebec --ignore-installed PyYAML
