[BUG] Modbus Disconnect Report Strategy

Describe the bug
When the report strategy is set to 'report period', the device continues to send data even after disconnecting. It only stops after toggling the device's 'enabled' status.

Versions (please complete the following information):
Docker / thingsboard/tb-gateway:3.8.3

Facing the exact same issue here. This is a big problem for us too.

I have implemented a simple fix on my end to resolve this issue:

def __delete_device_from_platform(self, slave: Slave):
        if slave.device_name in self.__gateway.get_devices():
            self.__gateway.del_device(slave.device_name)
+         self.__gateway.get_report_strategy_service().delete_all_records_for_connector_by_connector_id_and_connector_name(self.get_id(), self.get_name())
            slave.last_connect_time = 0
