Basically the same issue happens with testcontainers-clj. I've resolved it with the workaround using api.version=1.44 in $HOME/.docker-java.properties.

Having the same issue, would be great if the testcontainers can be bumped.

resolved it by manually pulling the testcontainer dependency:
