Report "Wikis are in Sync" when the communication fails #66
Description
The Sync plug-in reports the message "Wikis are in Sync" when the communication between the Wikis failed with the message: "Failed to fetch remote time. transport error - Premature End of File (socket) while reading headers".
If I try again and again, eventually it will show the pages and media to sync.
I'm using the latest DokuWiki stable (Release 2022-07-31a "Igor") into both Wikis and the latest Sync plugin version (2022-08-16) at the time into the Remote Wiki. Those kind of problems seems to be happen more frequently when the DokuWiki deprecated it's own IXR library and started using an external one. It didn't even reach the timeout limit before showing this error.
