Hello, my issue is every time i upload a csv that that has been analyzed by Deeplabcut and then put into ALMA for evaluation it will not run the detection. I have changed to the likelihood and depth threshold, I left it at it's default for the first try then changed top the likelihood to zero and the depth threshold to zero and still nothing even changed it to .5 for both. I tried with all three detection method for all changes. I only get a couple video analyzed and the rest will not even let me to "Run Detection" or "Proceed to evaluation". The only thing it will do is upload the video and nothing else.
I was wondering how this can be solved because the videos I do upload that work will constantly work which is only 5 out of 37 videos. There is nothing different from the other videos my only thought was the quality of the images. If anyone has run it to this problem before can you please let me know if this is fixable or new videos may need to be upload again.
